Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information; billing and subscription records handled through Wix and its payment providers; VINs and decoded vehicle details; optional mileage, maintenance, warranty, modification, usage, warning-light, and concern information; AI conversations and Pro escalation messages; code-reader shipping information; and device, log, cookie, and analytics information.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, enforce VIN limits, decode vehicles, personalize guidance, provide Pro escalation, fulfill code-reader orders, send transactional communications, prevent abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the service.
AI processing
Questions, vehicle context, and conversation history may be sent to an AI service provider to generate responses. Do not submit secrets, payment-card numbers, health information, or other information unnecessary to your vehicle question. Pro escalations may be reviewed by a person.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, email, form processing, analytics, VIN decoding, AI, and order fulfillment. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Communications
We may send service, billing, security, fulfillment, and support messages needed for your account. We will not enroll you in promotional email or text messaging without a separate, compliant consent process. Transactional messages are not marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, dispute, and security purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions, by emailing vehicleally@gmail.com. You may cancel a subscription through your account. Browser controls can limit cookies, though some features may stop working.
Children
Vehicle Ally is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may revise this policy and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
