Vehicle Ally is educational support—not emergency service, diagnosis, or a substitute for an in-person inspection.
Safety first
If a vehicle may be unsafe, is overheating, has smoke or fire, loses braking or steering, displays a serious warning, or behaves unpredictably, stop driving as soon as it is safe. Contact emergency services, roadside assistance, the manufacturer, or a qualified repair professional as appropriate.
No professional diagnosis
Vehicle Ally cannot see, hear, test, lift, disassemble, or road-test your vehicle. Guidance may omit relevant causes or recommend checks that do not apply. A trouble code identifies a detected condition or system; it does not prove a specific component has failed.
AI limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent. Confirm important information with the owner’s manual, manufacturer service information, recall resources, and a qualified technician. Do not rely on Vehicle Ally for torque values, hazardous-material handling, airbag or high-voltage work, vehicle lifting, programming, or any procedure beyond your training and equipment.
VIN information
VIN decoding depends on data supplied by manufacturers and public sources and may not identify every option, modification, repair, damage event, or current condition. You are responsible for confirming that decoded details match the vehicle.
Pro review
Escalating to the Pro adds a human review of the submitted information. It is not an inspection, emergency channel, guaranteed diagnosis, or promise of response within a particular time.
